耐力的有氧和无氧训练------冯兴时

TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">耐力在实际对抗中显示出非常重要位置,有很多实例显示,一个功力强劲,技术娴熟的优秀选手败在一个功力技术一般的人手里,其主要原因就是因为身体耐力(无氧耐受力)不够的因素所导致,因此加强耐力的训练很有必要。耐力是指人体长时间进行肌肉工作的运动能力,也叫抗疲劳能力,按运动时的外部表现可划分为“速度耐力”、“力量耐力”和“静力耐力”;按该项工作所涉及的主要器官划分为呼吸系统耐力、肌肉耐力及全身耐力;还可按参加运动时能量供用特点划分为“有氧耐力”和“无氧耐力”;并可按运动的性质划分为一般耐力和专项耐力。由于本文是针对武术技击所言,着重从能量供用角度解释“有氧耐力”和“无氧耐力”的生理基础,以及有氧与无氧耐力训练的情况。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">“有氧耐力”也叫“有氧运动”是指人体长时间进行以有氧代谢(糖和脂肪等有氧氧化)供能为主的运动能力。“有氧耐力”有时也被称为“有氧能力”。肌肉要持久工作,必须有充分的能量供用来保证其运动能力实现,因此,充分的氧供应和糖以及脂肪的有氧氧化能力是影响有氧耐力的关键因素。最大摄氧量是反映心肺功能的一项综合指标,也是衡量人体有氧耐力水平的重要指标之一。影响最大摄氧量的因素有肺的通气换气机能、血红蛋白的含量及载氧能力、心脏机能、肌肉组织利用氧的能力、遗传、年龄、性别和训练等因素。良好的心肺功能是运动中供氧充足的保证,心脏的泵血机能和肺的通气换气机能都是影响吸氧能力的重要因素。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">训练“有氧耐力”的训练常用的方法有“持续训练法”、“间歇训练法”以及“高原训练法”。顾名思义“持续训练”就是连续不间断地对同一动作进行一定强度的适宜持续性训练;“间歇训练法”就是当达到一定强度,身体出现排斥反应后,间歇适当的时间后,再进行的训练;高原训练就到认为制造缺氧条件或到高原缺氧的地区进行具备一定强度的训练。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">“有氧耐力”训练要有一定的强度并且进行持续性练习,运动的强度的选择十分重要,强度不足不能充分动员人体呼吸循环系统的机能潜力,有效地发展有氧代谢能力;如果是强度过高持续时间必然短暂,供应系统向无氧代谢途径转变,失去有氧训练的意义。适宜强度的计算公式是:安静心率<span lang="EN-US">+</span>(最高心率<span lang="EN-US">-</span>安静心率)<span lang="EN-US">x60%</span>,公式中的<span lang="EN-US">60%</span>可因人而异,训练水平高的可乘以<span lang="EN-US">70%</span>,训练水平低的可以乘以<span lang="EN-US">50%</span>,强度标准可供参考。研究表明,耐力训练产生效果的最低限度为<span lang="EN-US">5</span>分钟,持续时间取决于运动强度,强度较低的活动可以持续的时间更长。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">“无氧耐力”是指机体在无氧代谢(糖无氧酵解)的情况下较长时间进行肌肉活动的能力。常见的对抗性、速度性和暴发性训练都是无氧耐力训练。“无氧耐力”也叫“无氧能力”或者“无氧运动”,无氧耐力的高低主要取决于肌肉内糖无氧酵解供应的能力、缓冲乳酸的能力以及脑细胞对血液<span lang="EN-US">PH</span>值变化的耐受力。肌肉无氧酵解过程产生的乳酸进入血液后,将对血液<span lang="EN-US">PH</span>值造成影响,由于缓冲系统的缓冲作用,使血液中的<span lang="EN-US">PH</span>值不至于发生太大的变化,以维持人体内环境的相对稳定。无氧耐力训练可提高血液中碳酸酐酶(促进碳酸分解的酶)的活动。血液的乳酸量增多,<span lang="EN-US">PH</span>值还会向酸性方向发展,再加供氧不足,代谢产物的堆积,将影响脑细胞的工作能力,促进疲劳发展,无疑也是影响无氧耐力的重要因素。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;
